NOTE: Instructor fees, course materials and handouts/manuals for a class of 40 participants are included in the per course price. Spouses may attend for free.

6. Discount from list prices or statement of
net price: GSA is being offered a discount for Special Item Number
27-400, for locations in Washington, DC, Maryland
or Virginia, a 24% discount off of commercial price list for one (1) and Two
(2) day seminars, and a 25.35% discount for the three (3) day seminar for the
above mentioned locations. For the same locations listed above a 10% discount
is offered on Special Item Number 27-200, additional seminar books. Locations
in all other States a 10% discount is being offered for both 27-400 & 27-200.
7. Quantity discounts (net price):
Provided a federal customer purchases five (5) or more seminars to
be held over the course of a calendar year and said seminars are
paid for by the customer
in full and in advance, Personal Benefit Services of Colorado, Inc. will offer
a 10% discount off the total cost of seminars purchased by such customers (for
Special Item Number 27-400 and 27-200). This discount is in addition to the
basic discount offered for one (1), two (2) and three (3) day seminars for
locations in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and all other States for both
SIN 27-200 and 27-400. In the event that a customer receives the 10% discount
offered in this paragraph, it would not also be entitled to Personal Benefit
Services, Inc.’s dollar volume discount outlined below.
Personal Benefit Services of Colorado, Inc. will offer customers a 5% dollar volume discount for any single task order of $25,000 or more, an 11% dollar volume discount for single tasks orders in dollar amounts between $25,001 and $75,000; and a 16% discount for single task orders in dollar amounts in excess of $75,000. These discounts are in addition to the basic discounts offered for one (1), two (2) and three (3) day seminars for locations in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and all other States for both SIN 27-200 and 27-400. Customers receiving the dollar volume discounts outlined in this paragraph would not also be entitled to the 10% discount offered in the preceding Section 7.
8. Prompt payment terms: NET-30 Days
9a. Notification that Government purchase cards are accepted at or below the micro-purchase threshold: Personal Benefit Services of Colorado, Inc. will accept Government purchase cards at or below the micro-purchase threshold.
9b. Notification whether Government purchase cards are accepted or not accepted above the micro-purchase threshold: Personal Benefit Services of Colorado, Inc. will accept Government purchase cards at or above the micro-purchase threshold.

11b. Expedited Delivery. The Contractor will insert the sentence “Items available for expedited delivery are noted in this price list.” under this heading. 11d. Urgent Requirements. The Contractor will note in its price list the “Urgent Requirements” clause of its contract and advise agencies that they can also contact the Contractor’s representative to effect a faster delivery: Scheduling must be done by contacting Personal Benefit Services of Colorado representative at 1-800-892-2632 or direct at 1-303-991-6408.
